This warehouse included usable office space as well as a generous amount of work and storage space. The exterior, however, was unattractive, the parking lot space was inefficiently used and, most importantly, the lack of a loading dock greatly limited truck access and, therefore, what could be transported in and out of the warehouse.
Expansion & Exterior Beautification

…expanded truck bays, as well as more interior square footage to handle the increase in shipping capability. The parking lot was repaved and striped. Trees were planted on all sides enhancing the building’s attractiveness.
These improvements turned an ugly, cramped storage facility into a fully functional warehouse in a very attractive building. Schafer Brothers Remodeling showroom was located here until new owners purchased the building.
